These terms cover the public website of Sgaifuture. A paid piece of work is covered by its own papers, signed before discovery. Last updated 6 May 2026.
Use
Using this website.
By reading these pages you agree to the terms on this page. The site is offered so that you can see what the studio does, how a piece of work is shaped, and how to write to us. You may browse it for that purpose. You may not scrape it in bulk, overload it, or present its pages as your own.
If you send a message through the form, you confirm that the details are yours to send and that they are accurate enough for us to reply. You also confirm that you have read the privacy notice. We may refuse a message that is abusive, that attempts to break the form, or that is clearly generated in bulk.
Nature
What the pages are, and what they are not.
Material on this site describes the studio’s services and is general information only. It is written to help you decide whether a conversation is worth having. The pages do not form a proposal, a specification, or advice on a particular set of files. Figures in the Work pages are illustrative composites. No organisation is named there, and no number on those pages should be read as a measured result for a named engagement.
Practice descriptions show the shape of work we take. They do not promise that every brief will fit. Discovery exists precisely because some briefs should stop. Nothing on the site obliges Sgaifuture to take a project, and nothing you read here is an offer capable of acceptance without a later written paper.
The notes are the studio thinking in public about work we have done with our hands. They are dated in 2026. They will age. They should not be treated as a manual for building the same tools without the rest of the method.
Property
Intellectual property on these pages.
The words, layout and mark on this website belong to Sgaifuture unless a caption says otherwise. You may quote a short passage with a link back to the page. You may not copy the site as a template for another workshop, and you may not use the Sgaifuture name or the aperture mark to imply that we wrote, approved, or built something we did not.
Photographs on the pages are used under the licences that accompanied them. The map embed is provided by Google and remains subject to Google’s terms. Code written for a client belongs with that client as the stage papers say; it is not published on this site.
Limits
Limitation of liability for the website.
The site is provided as it stands. We take care with the words and with the form, and we still cannot promise that a page will be available at every hour or that a particular browser will render every detail. To the extent Singapore law allows, Sgaifuture is not liable for loss that arises merely from reading the public pages or from a message that did not arrive because a mail path failed after the form was processed.
This limit is about the website. A paid build is a different relationship, with its own papers, including confidentiality, access, and the evaluation set. Those papers are the place where responsibility for a tool is written down. They are not replaced by anything on this site.
Nothing on this page excludes liability that Singapore law does not allow us to exclude, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Law
Governing law and where to write.
These terms are governed by the law of Singapore. The courts of Singapore have jurisdiction over a dispute about the website, without limiting either party’s right to seek interim relief where a court elsewhere will hear it.
