This notice describes what happens when you use the Sgaifuture website and the contact form. It was last updated on 6 May 2026.
Who
Who this notice is from.
Sgaifuture is the applied AI studio at 11 Bussorah Street, #02-03, Kampong Glam, Singapore 199436. You can write to [email protected] or telephone +65 6295 8140. This page covers the public website only. A build for a client is covered by the papers signed for that build, including the confidentiality agreement we sign before discovery.
The studio opened in 2026. We keep this notice short because the site does very little. There is no account, no newsletter list, and no advertising profile. If we add a new way of collecting details, we will change this page and date it.
Form
What the contact form collects, and why.
The form asks for a name, an email address, an optional telephone number, a rough description of the field you work in, and a message. A tick confirms you have read this notice. We use those details to decide whether the brief looks like our kind of work and to reply within one working day.
The form does not save the contents. The message is processed so that we can read it and answer it. It is not written into a database on this website. We do not keep a public log of submissions, and we do not use the text to train a model.
If a message looks like ordinary mail about a possible piece of work, we handle it as mail: we read it, we reply, and we keep the thread only for as long as the conversation needs. Idle threads are deleted within ninety days. If a piece of work then starts, the papers for that work take over.
A hidden field on the form exists only to catch automated posts. If that field is filled, we treat the post as noise and we do not read it as a genuine message. A timestamp checks that the form was not fired in the same second it was opened.
Logs
What the host already writes.
The machine that serves this site keeps ordinary web logs: the address of the requesting computer, the time, the page asked for, and the browser string. Those logs exist so that we can see if a page is broken and so that the host can keep the machine safe. They are not used to build a picture of a person, and they are rotated by the host on its usual timetable, typically within a few weeks.
We do not run a separate analytics script. We do not embed a third-party tracker. The map on the contact page and in the footer is an ordinary Google Maps embed; that service is run by Google and is covered by Google’s own notices when the map loads.
Browser
Cookies and local storage.
The site stores one item in your browser, under the key sgaif_consent, so that the banner at the bottom of the page can remember whether you pressed Accept or Decline. Nothing else is stored there. The item does not identify you to us, and it is not sent to a server as part of a tracking scheme.
You can clear it at any time from the Cookies page, or by clearing site data in the browser. Until you choose, the banner stays visible. A fuller description sits on the Cookies page, including a button that resets the choice.
Rights
What you can ask us to do.
You may ask what details we hold from a conversation you started, ask us to correct them, or ask us to delete the thread. Because the website form itself does not write to a database, a request of that kind is really a request about the mail we then held. Write to [email protected] and we will answer within one working week.
You may also ask us to stop using a thread for a possible piece of work. If a build has already started, the papers for that build say how long working copies are kept and when they are deleted. Those copies are deleted after hand-over in any case.
If you are in a place that names a public authority for privacy complaints, you can take a complaint there. We would rather hear from you first, at the address above, so that a mistake can be put right without a form.
Changes
How this page is kept.
If the way we collect details changes, we will update this notice and keep the date at the top in 2026 or later as the years move. The current text is the one that applies. For anything this page does not cover, write to [email protected].
